School Holiday Adventures

WildKind School Holiday Adventures are all about giving kids the space to get outdoors, get their hands dirty, try something new and simply be kids. We offer two separate programs for 3 - 5 and 5 - 10 year olds. 

WildKind Nature Sprouts 🌱
Ages 3–5

Nature Sprouts is WildKind’s outdoor adventure program created especially for little explorers aged 3–5 years.Through nature play, storytelling and imagination, children are encouraged to explore the outdoors and transform the natural world around them into a place of adventure. They might build a tiny village amongst the trees, create a home for a mysterious bush creature, follow clues along a nature trail, make something from treasures they discover, or work together to bring an imaginary world to life. With a mix of creative play, exploration, movement, simple challenges and plenty of time to follow their own curiosity, Nature Sprouts encourages children to imagine, play, problem-solve and grow in confidence while developing a meaningful connection with nature.

WildKind Adventurers 🏕️
Ages 5–10

WildKind Adventurers is WildKind’s outdoor adventure program created especially for ages between 5-10 years. This program is packed with hands-on outdoor experiences designed to spark imagination, encourage appropriate risk-taking and build confidence through play and adventure. Depending on the program, children might find themselves building shelters, learning to light a fire, getting creative with natural materials, exploring the bush, developing practical outdoor skills or working together to tackle challenges and games. 

There’s no pressure to get everything right. We want children to explore, problem-solve, create, get a little muddy and discover what they’re capable of along the way.

Our school holiday programs are currently based at Tallebudgera Community Centre on the Gold Coast, with plans to bring WildKind adventures to more locations across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers.

We’re also exploring opportunities to offer mobile WildKind programs, bringing outdoor learning and adventure to schools, community groups and other suitable locations.
